Objects of the Society
The objects of the Society are the study and advancement of the art and science of neurosurgery and research into the cause, prevention and cure of disease in human beings in the field of neurosurgery.

In order to achieve the objects the Society will:

- Encourage, support and advocate for neurosurgical research
- Provide for the interchange of ideas and advancements relevant to neurosurgery
- Deliver high quality education, training and development
- Ensure the needs and interests of neurosurgery are well represented
