Eligibility
Associate Members are persons engaged in fields related to the neurological sciences. This can include, but is not limited to other surgical specialties, neurology, neuroscience, neurosurgical nursing.
Entitlements
Associate Members are entitled to:
- Attend all scientific meetings of the Society at the discounted membership rate for 2008; and
- Receive the quarterly NSA newsletter; and
- Take part in all discussions, and have the full privileges of the membership except that they shall not attend or vote at business meetings, or vote in postal ballots or nominate others for membership; and
- a reduced subscription rate to the Journal of Clinical Neuroscience.

Subscriptions
The subscription fees for 2008, in AUD exclusive of GST, are as follows:

The Journal of Clinical Neuroscience is the official Journal of the Neurosurgical Society of Australasia. Associate Membership including the Journal provides members with an annual subscription to receive the monthly issues of the Journal.
Nomination & Election
Election of Associate Members is determined by a simple majority vote of the Full and Senior Members present at the Annual General Meeting after proposal and seconding by Full Members on the nomination form available below.
