Governance

The NSA Post Fellowship Education and Training Committee (the Committee) is responsible for the oversight of the policies and the maintenance of education, training, assessment standards and communication of decisions relating to the PFET Programs. The Committee reports to the Board of the Neurosurgical Society of Australasia.

The composition of the Committee includes as a minimum:

• An appointed Chair
• The Chair of the SET Board of Neurosurgery ex-officio or his/her nominee
• Three additional persons who are members of the NSA

Committee meetings are generally held three to four times per year. The NSA Conflict of Interest Policy applies to all Committee members and meetings.
