What are the components of the SET Program?

Each year of the SET Program has performance standards which must be satisifed. Trainees must satisfactorily complete each performance standard for a given year to progress to the next year in good standing. Failure to satisfactorily complete one or more performance standards for a given year may result in a probationary period, additional training requirements or dismissal in accordance with the Regulations.
