Registry Privacy

 

All information is strictly confidential. Patients will never be identified in any publications, reports or presentations resulting from the Registry. After entry into the Registry, all paper based forms are stored securely in a locked cupboard, within a locked office space.  After a specified period of time forms are disposed of by secure shredding.

All information will be handled in accordance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act (1988) including the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 and all other State and Territory laws and regulations.
